Robert Grundy
Managing Director
Rob has been the industry for over 20 years, he started his career as a commission based only salesman which gave him the energy & drive to be successful, he worked his way up to become a sales manager, sales director & now owner & founder of Passion Print. He is responsible for looking after the company’s financial position, strategic growth & investments within the business.
Also Rob is very active in gaining new business by supporting the sales team on meetings as well as attracting new clients through his network of connections he has built up over last 20 years.
Rob’s hands on approach with daily running of the business has guided the business from strength to strength & he will continue to do so for the foreseeable future.
Rob holds a season ticket at Charlton Athletic.
Alan Cooper
Production Director
Alan has been in the print business for 40 years he started with this company as an operator and was later promoted to production manager and after 8 years in that role he was made Production Director. Alan has a wealth of knowledge on most print techniques and is the man to talk to for advice and guidance.
Alan is a keen angler and Man Utd fan (there’s always one)
Lee Deeks
Operations Director
Lee joined the company back in 1993, starting as a messenger, working his way up to now Operations director. Over the years Lee has worked his way through all departments within the business, from plan printing, colour printing, digital printing even spending 2 years supporting the sales department before taking over all the IT infrastructure within Passion Print. Lee currently oversees the running of large projects whether it is a planning application or graphic install. Lee is always there to re-assure it all runs smoothly.
Lee is currently a member of Brentwood Golf Club and supports Tottenham.
Danny Basstoe
Production Manager
Danny has been with the company since leaving school back in 1993. He started out as a messenger, impressing early on, he was fast tracked into the print room where he learnt all aspects of our in house finishing facilities. He progressed throughout the company to become production manager. To this date Danny holds a proud record of never missing a deadline, no matter how big or small or tight a deadline given. His organisational skills are second to none.
Las Vegas is Danny’s favourite choice of holiday destination. He also enjoys the bright lights of London.
Andy Buchan
Print Room Supervisor
Andy is another member of staff of our successful production line. Starting out as a messenger, he was recognised early on that he had the credentials and talent to progress. He joined the company in 2000 and is currently now supervising all day to day incoming work, via our many ways of supplying your files.
Andy Used to play semi-professional football for Tonbridge Angels. A keen Millwall fan.
Michael Kelly
Digital Print Specialist
Michael has been with the company 10 years now, joining the Digital print team Michael become an instant hit and a great appointment. A good eye for detail, who is always correcting clients files.
Truly an asset.
A season ticket holder of Chelsea FC, enjoys a 16+ mile run of a weekend.
Bob Dean
Digital Print Specialist
Bob has been with the company for 11 years now, he started as a messenger and is now an important member of the digital print team.
Bob is a keen Arsenal fan and a Horse Racing enthusiast.
Jay Campbell-Barr
Digital Print Specialist
Jay our newest member of the team, He joined in 2012 and has become a popular figure in the print room. A fast learner and a very capable operator.
In his spare time he enjoys cooking and watching Arsenal.
Ashley Quinn
Sales Manager
Ashley has been in the print industry from apprentice for over 25 years. Growing the business and developing client relationships is his passion. Ashley believes that’s what sets Passion Print apart from its competitors is its commitment to customer service, being positive and giving advice to surpass there expectations and deliver on budget.
He enjoys a social round of golf and walking in the Bedfordshire countryside with his Jack Russell.
